Thoughts and Reflections

Adrian Parsons
Heavy Hearted

A new friend; kind, gentle, compassionate and caring; left us much to soon…

"Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear."

My life is fuller for having met and shared moments with you; Your strength truly inspiring…. Thank you for the gift and honor of your presence in my heart.

- Sunnie Rose

Adrian was a wonderful friend and human being. He was one of the kindest people I have had the privilege to know. He was gentle, often smiling, and very talented young man. His loss is enormously tragic. I wish his parents and siblings strength. I know he is no longer suffering, and is in a better place. I love you, Adrian. I will never forget you.

My daughter, B'Anka and I had never met Adrian prior to attending the Inauguration of President Obama! My friend and my sis Lisanne offered Adrian as our tour guide! We arrived, met and he became our family!! Adrian was our Angel, we spent every day with him - he was our Guided Angel!! We laughed, cried and laughed some more!! From that day on Adrian was our family and he will be missed! We love you.

Rest In Peace Adrian,
Auntie Pam and cousin B'Anka

I AM FREE

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
I'm following the path God laid for me
I took His hand when I heard Him call
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day, to laugh,
to love, to work or play.
Tasks undone must stay that way
I've found that peace at the close of the day.

If parting has left a void, then fill it
with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah, yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish for you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full, I savored much
Good friends, good times,
a loved one's touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all to brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and share with me,
God wants me now, He set me free.

To the family of Adrian Parson:

I might not have known Adrian as you might have, but know that he has brought nothing but joy to a lot of people. It's sad to see that an Angel like Adrian is no longer here, but I know that he is looking down on us from Heaven and smile as the loved that he shared with everyone will not be forgotten. As a volunteer member with the Life Group L.A. I send you my condolence. In times it may hurt to no that he is not here physically, but he lives forever in our hearts.

Sincerely,
William Chadwick

Adrian although we only met a few times, I felt like I knew you through my sister. You will be greatly missed.

Love,
John Luna and family
