The LA Gay Rodeo is Back!
The Golden State Gay Rodeo Association (GSGRA) and the Life Group LA, (LGLA) a 501 c 3 Non-Profit HIV service organization, have joined in collaboration to celebrate 30 years of Gay Rodeo in California by bringing back the LA Rodeo April 19-20, 2014!
The 2 day Rodeo at the famous Los Angeles Equestrian Center is our opportunity to jointly raise awareness of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) rodeo community through education and preservation of the history and legacy of LGBTQ western lifestyles and the sport of rodeo. It is also an opportunity to elevate consciousness that the AIDS pandemic is not over. This collaboration creates a path for LA Rodeo to fulfill its mission to raise much needed funding for life affirming programs like those provided by the Life Group LA in our local community.
More than ever, we need the community's support of our mission to preserve our GLBT Western Heritage and have the means to give back.

Dance Tent Sponsor – Rodeo Grounds - $5,000: Sponsors the rodeo grounds dance tent, dance floor and accessories, sound system, and decorations. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed as the sponsor of the rodeo grounds dance tent venue.

*Printing Sponsor - $3,000: Sponsors the printing of rodeo outreach tri-folds, and programs. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Silver Rodeo Producer level and their name displayed on all donated printing materials. (This opportunity can be an in-kind donation)
Bronze Sponsor Level $1,000

Additional Option
Volunteer Sponsor - $2,000: Sponsorship of volunteers T-Shirts, volunteer “Thank You” pins. You will receive all the benefits of the Bronze Sponsor Level plus your logo printed on the volunteer T-shirts; “sponsored by “your name”, and an invitation for you and three guests to the volunteer thank you celebration at a date yet to be determined following the rodeo.
Horse Barn Sponsor - $1,500: Sponsorship of the Horse Stalls and Barn Managers. You will receive all benefits of the Bronze Sponsor Level plus your name prominently displayed on the barns.
Hospitality Sponsor - $500: A place for contestants, rodeo production staff and weekend volunteers to gather, relax and have snacks. You will receive a Banner at tent and mention in the Rodeo Program
Contestant Registration Sponsor $500: Sponsorship of the contestant registration and contestant bags. You will receive a Banner at tent and mention in the Rodeo Program
*Chute Sponsor - $500 each (4 available): Sponsorship of a roping or bucking chute. In return you will receive a banner with your name clearly displayed either on or near the chute and your name announced each time the chute you sponsored is recognized, (i.e., now coming out of the “Jane’s Western Wear” chute…), (Limited to only 4 chutes total).
In-Kind Sponsorships: Donations of products and services will be gratefully accepted and valued at 75% of retail value for recognition purposes.
Buckle Sponsor - $300 each: Sponsorship of the buckle for an event. In return you will receive your name in the rodeo program and on a banner in the arena, announcements at the rodeo, and an invitation to the awards ceremony to present the buckle you sponsored to the buckle winner.
