The Life Group L.A. and Being Alive People with HIV/AIDS Action Coalition have joined in partnership to create a continuum of HIV services to address the needs of the HIV infected and affected community.

"This collaboration represents our mutual commitment to provide quality access and care, in the utmost compassionate and sincere manner for those in our community, and their family's that are in need." Said, Co-Founders of The Life Group LA, Sunnie Rose, and Ric Parish.

The Life Group L.A. is a coalition of people dedicated to the education, empowerment and emotional support of persons both infected and affected by HIV/AIDS that they may make informed choices regarding their healthcare and personal well being.

Founded in 2005 The Life Group L.A. provides free of charge, much needed information and emotional support through medical forums, emotional support groups and empowerment-workshops, all via the groundbreaking POZ LIFE Weekend Seminar.

Being Alive People with HIV/AIDS Action Coalition is created and operated by people living with HIV/AIDS, serving over 1,700 clients.

With two service centers in Silver Lake and West Hollywood, Being Alive provides comprehensive support services including peer-based emotional support, treatment education, prevention, wellness and social events, and advocacy and community organizing.
